When I originally saw the theme for June’s Owl Crate box I was like YES PLEASE GIVE IT TO ME NOW. All the World’s a Stage is basically designed specifically for me and my theater loving heart could not have been happier. And I gotta say, this is one of my favorite recent boxes, so I’m super stoked to share with you all the contents!
So when I opened this box of Shakespeare pencils I had literally just finished drafting my new book, which is a fantasy romance retelling of Macbeth. Pretty sure I shrieked out loud when I saw them. These bad boys will accompany me on my journey through this Shakespeare series and they are absolutely perfect for me. As a huge fan of Greatest Showman, I was also really excited to see this notepad from @paperbackbones included in the box. Lord knows I’ve got some quarantine habits I need to kick, so this will come in handy!
I always love getting coffee from Bones Coffee Company in my Owl Crate boxes because I love coffee (it’s the first word in my blog title, so you know it’s true!). I’ve never seen a shower steamer before, but I’m stoked to try this one from Whipped Up Wonderful. I don’t take a lot of baths, so while bath bombs are awesome, I think a shower steamer will be much more useful for me. Forensics and Flowers designed this Night Circus themed coin bank/pencil cup and it’s already found a home on my shelf.
The book for this month is Where Dreams Descend by Janella Angeles and guys, I actually gasped out loud when I saw this cover because it is so beautiful and I love it so much. Pitched as a reimagining of Moulin Rouge and Phantom of the Opera, I couldn’t wait to dive into this book. I’m currently reading it and I absolutely love it so far.
This was another fantastic month of Owl Crate and I was so thrilled to see all these theater themed goodies in my box this month. The theme for July is Date with Destiny which sounds super intriguing. I can’t wait to see what they come up with next!
