Buckle up friends because I read a whole bunch of books in March and I loved almost all of them! Seriously, so many amazing reads in the month of March (probably because I mostly read romance) so I hope your wallets are ready!
Count Your Lucky Stars by Alexandria Bellefleur: I have loved this entire series, and I think this book might be my favorite one of all! Forced proximity and second chance romance and wedding planning? Sign me up! You can read my full review here.
Sadie on a Plate by Amanda Elliott: I would classify this more as women’s fiction than romance, but I really enjoyed reading the journey of the other Sadie with a mint green cover! There have been a lot of foodie/reality TV books lately and this one definitely stood out to me.
Barbarian Alien by Ruby Dixon: I’m still very into blue alien men.
Black Love Matters edited by Jessica P. Pryde: So many good essays in this book, it’s hard to pick a fave, but I can see myself going back to this one for a reread.
Electric Idol by Katee Robert: I might have liked this one better than the first? I’m always here for a broken hero who doesn’t think he’s good enough.
To Marry and to Meddle by Martha Waters: Another series I’ve loved from the beginning. I think this one might be my fave! You can read my full review here.
Birds of California by Katie Cotugno: I had no idea what to expect from this book but I loved every second of it!
My Calamity Jane by Brodi Ashton, Cynthia Hand, and Jodi Meadows: I am obsessed with these books and as Calamity Jane was one of my favorite movies as a kid, I absolutely loved this one.
Something Wilder by Christina Lauren: This is unlike anything I’ve read from them before and it was perfection.
Funny You Should Ask by Elissa Sussman: Talk about perfection. This book is among my new faves. You can read my full review here.
Velvet Was the Night by Silvia Moreno-Garica: This might be blasphemous but I liked this one better than Mexican Gothic!
After I Do by Taylor Jenkins Reid: I was a little uneasy about this one because sometimes marriage in trouble is tough for me, but of course TJR handled it brilliantly.
Such a good month of reading! What was your favorite read in March? Looking for some book recs? You can see all my favorite reads from 2022 right here!
