TBR: July 2022

Hi friends! Hard to believe it’s time for another TBR, but here we go again! Somehow despite reading all these books each month, my TBR cart still contains a crap ton of books. Very strange. These are the books I’m going to be reading during the month of July!

Good on Paper by Valerie Tejada: This is set mostly in Cancun so I’m looking forward to a little mental vacation!

Summer of Christmas by Juliet and Keith Giglio: I’m so obsessed with the cover of this book it almost doesn’t matter what it’s about.

The Romance Recipe by Ruby Barrett: I’ve been looking forward to this one for MONTHS!

The Accidental Pinup by Danielle Jackson: Another to-die-for cover that I can’t wait to crack open.

After Hours on Milagro Street by Angelina M. Lopez: Angelina brings the heat. every. single. time.

The Bride Goes Rogue by Joanna Shupe: One of my few must buy historical writers!

Tanked by Mia Hopkins: I love Mia’s books and I’m super stoked for another Eastside Brewery book.

The Worst Guy by Kate Canterbary: I have heard so many amazing things about this one, I had to pick it up.

Chef’s Kiss by TJ Alexander: Picked this one up on a whim because it’s got chefs and a cute cover and apparently that’s all I need.

That Summer by Jennifer Weiner: Since I’m going on a beach vacay this month, I figured this would be a good one to bring.

For the Wolf by Hannah Whitten: I’ve had this book for a while, excited to finally read it.

Spinning Silver by Naomi Novik: I bought this one when we were in San Francisco last month because I was looking for some adult fantasy. I’m cautiously optimistic?

The Guncle by Steven Rowley: I’ve been waiting for this one to come out in paperback, it’s been on my list for a while!

The Merciless Ones by Namina Forna: I pretty much never straight up buy hardcover editions of books, so you know I’m really stoked for this one.

Kaikeyi by Vaishnavi Patel: Vaishnavi is a fellow Pitch Wars alum so of course I’m diving into this one.

Am I a total weirdo that after typing all that up, I’m like, hmmm list seems a little light for this month? Sometimes I don’t understand my own brain!
