Look friends, just going to be totally honest here, I don’t know how much reading I’m actually going to manage during April. My schedule this month is b.a.n.a.n.a.s. And yes, I sung that while typing. So this TBR is more like a suggested reading guide, rather than what I actually plan to make it through. But who knows, I might surprise myself and make it all the way! Here’s what I’m hoping to get to in April:
Set on You by Amy Lea: I have heard nothing but good things about this fellow ’22 debut and I know the hero is Chris Evans-esque which I, of course, am always here for.
24 Hours in Paris by Romi Moondi: I don’t know much about this one other than Paris. Really, what more do you need?
The Wedding Season by Katy Birchall: I enjoyed Katy’s last book so I’m looking forward to this one. Though I have so many weddings this month, it might not really be an escape for me!
The Setup by Lizzy Dent: I absolutely loved Lizzy’s last book so I’m really looking forward to this one!
Wild Love by Lauren Accardo: This was an impulse buy at Barnes and Noble one day, but I’ve heard good things, so we’ll see how it goes!
War of Art by Steven Pressfield: My husband actually recommended this one to me because we have similar mental struggles with our creative natures. Excited to hopefully get some good tips from this one.
Digging up Love by Chandra Blumberg: I know more about dinosaurs than I ever wanted to thanks to my kid, so happy to see my dino knowledge might come to use!
By Any Other Name by Lauren Kate: I’ve been waiting for this one for a while and I’m seriously excited to finally dive in!
Mr. Wrong Number by Lynn Painter: Kind of fell in love with this cover and not mad about it.
A Brush with Love by Mazey Eddings: Another fellow ’22 debut, and another book I’ve heard nothing but good things about!
House of Salt and Sorrows by Erin A. Craig: I’ve been off the YA fantasy train for a while, but I think it’s time to hop back on.
Dating Dr. Dil by Nisha Sharma: This was one of my BOTM picks last month and since it’s a Shakespeare retelling, you know I’m here for it.
The Paris Apartment by Lucy Foley: I really loved Lucy’s last book so I’m hoping this one lives up!
Black Cake by Charmaine Wilkerson: I don’t know anything about this one, other than it’s got a lot of buzz!
Cheers to an amazing month of reading ahead! What’s on your April TBR?
