TBR: March 2021

I think we all know the significance of the month of March 2021. We know what it means, and honestly, I don’t want to spend a lot of time thinking about it. So let’s just proceed with the TBR, pretending the past year hasn’t been a total dumpster fire, yeah? Yeah. Here’s what I’m reading this month:

The Star-Crossed Sisters of Tuscany by Lori Nelson Spielman: I don’t know much about this one, but I’m assuming it’s set in Tuscany so I’m going with it.

Make Up Break Up by Lily Menon: Lily has written YA books that I absolutely love so I’m excited to read her first adult romance.

Hot British Boyfriend by Kristy Boyce: I mean, if you haven’t dreamed of having a hot British boyfriend at some point in your life, we probably can’t be friends.

Ember Queen by Laura Sebastian: I feel like I should go back and read the first two again, but I won’t, so hopefully I can survive reading the third book without a lot of context!

Tweet Cute by Emma Lord: You had me at the title.

It’s in His Kiss by Julia Quinn: The last of the Bridgertons for me! I can’t believe I’m almost done with the series.

Red Rising by Pierce Brown: This is one of those that I don’t know how I ended up with it, but it’s supposed to be good so we’ll see.

Duchess a Day by Charis Michaels: I’m intrigued by the concept of this series, lesser know side characters from fairy tales. I have high hopes!

Love at First by Kate Clayborn: Kate is hands down one of the best contemporary romance writers out there so I am super stoked for this one (I will probably wait until my edits are due because she makes me feel like I will never be a good writer, in a good way).

Honey Girl by Morgan Rogers: This debut has been everywhere and I’m stoked to read it!

The Gilded Ones by Namina Forna: So this is an interesting one, because I’m 99% sure this is the book that will be in my Owl Crate, but I haven’t gotten it yet, so I could be wrong and I won’t actually have this book to read. Fingers crossed I’m right in my guessing!

Stolen Kingdom by Jillian Boehme: I know nothing about this book but I got an ARC so I’m gonna read it!

Talk Bookish to Me by Kate Bromley: I mean, we all want someone to talk bookish to us, yes?

The Initial Insult by Mindy McGinnis: This isn’t the type of book I would pick up on my own, but it was in my Bookish Box so I’ll  give it a shot!

I’m sure some other titles will sneak in there too along the way, but I have my first round of edits due this month so I’m just hoping to make it through my entire list!
